Orders of £40.00 ( inc VAT) or over qualify for FREE Mainland UK Delivery 

The couriers used via Infinity Lush is Parcelforce Worldwide and DHL. Please see delivery windows in the table below:

Orders made before 2pm are despatched the same day. Orders placed between Friday after 2 pm and Sunday will not be dispatched until Monday, please note that Monday is not included in the delivery estimate. Please also note deliveries to The Channel Islands, Offshore Islands, Highlands, Scottish Islands and Northern Ireland will take an extra day.

(Please note: NO orders are despatched or delivered over weekends or bank holidays)

Delivery charges to The Channel Islands, Offshore Islands, Highlands and the Scottish Islands will vary according to the destination and weight of the parcel. We will always endeavour to obtain the most competitive price; therefore, we price each order individually.

In the event that an order has been returned to us by the courier, due to not being able to be delivered we will be issuing a refund for the products on the order.  Please re-order the items if you still wish to receive them.

We do not deliver to PO Box addresses.

In the event of customer absence at the time of delivery, an attempt will be made by the courier to re-deliver another day. Any request to deliver to an alternative address will incur extra postage charges after repeated failed attempts by the courier
